Pay retail wine prices in a restaurant setting!

For a $10 corking fee, you can select a bottle from our extensive retail section, bring it back to your table (or drop in our quick-chiller) and enjoy it while dining! All red wines are decanted.

Or choose from our unique “By the Glass” list which is hand-picked by our wine director, Nicole Jordan, CSW

What is a corking fee?

It is a fee that is added to a bottle of wine to cover the cost of glassware, service, decanting, supplies and other expenses related to serving wine “on premise”.

Why do we charge a corking fee?

We charge a corking fee because our wine is priced at retail, to be sold for “off-premise” consumption. Retail mark up does not begin to cover the price of the above mentioned costs. Most restaurants and bars mark wine up 200 - 400% to cover costs and make handsome prices!

We choose to have a reasonable markup, so that you can choose to buy a bottle to take home, or for $10, enjoy it with your meal. Simply put, a $20 bottle of wine in a restaurant would cost you $40 to $60. That same bottle here will cost you only $30. That is a huge savings to you!
